POSITION: DIGITAL MEDIA & SOCIAL CONTENT APPRENTICE
Digital Communications | Primarily Remote | 6-Month Apprenticeship
Osinachi (oh-SIN-ah-chee), which means “Gift of God,” is a nonprofit organization working to improve literacy, increase reading, and help create lifelong readers—beginning with children.

Learn how a mission-driven organization uses digital media to reach families, readers, schools, churches, partners, and supporters.
This is an unpaid developmental apprenticeship, not a clerical-assistant position. You will work on real projects while receiving hands-on, on-the-job training.
What You May Work On
- Help promote the Apple a Day Children’s Bible Experience through approved social content, project updates, reading messages, and crowdfunding preparation.
- Support First Steps, My Part, 100 Books for Life, and Osinachi campaigns across appropriate digital channels.
- Build and maintain social-media content calendars and scheduling systems.
- Repurpose approved book, video, audio, speaking, and website content into posts and short-form media.
- Prepare campaign materials and track engagement, basic analytics, and reusable digital assets.
As your skills grow, your responsibility will grow.

Our goal is that after six successful months, you are more employable than when you arrived and can point to meaningful professional accomplishments on your résumé.
Who Should Apply
A strong fit may be a marketing, communications, social-media, graphic-design, media, or business student—or a creative person who wants professional campaign experience.
You should be organized, dependable, teachable, comfortable with technology, able to work independently, and willing to accept constructive feedback.
You do not need to know how to do everything listed above. That is why this is an apprenticeship.
POSITION: AUDIOBOOK & AUDIO PRODUCTION APPRENTICE
Publishing & Media | Primarily Remote | 6-Month Apprenticeship
Osinachi (oh-SIN-ah-chee), which means “Gift of God,” is a nonprofit organization working to improve literacy, increase reading, and help create lifelong readers—beginning with children.

Learn how a manuscript becomes a polished audiobook through careful listening, correction, revision, and final quality control.
This is an unpaid developmental apprenticeship, not a clerical-assistant position. You will work on real projects while receiving hands-on, on-the-job training.
What You May Work On
- Help quality-control the My Part audiobook by listening against the approved manuscript and identifying needed corrections.
- Review future Osinachi audio projects for missing words, repeats, mispronunciations, pacing, pauses, and voice inconsistencies.
- Create precise, time-coded correction logs for narrators, editors, and project leadership.
- Separate production errors from creative decisions that require author or founder review.
- Organize revised audio and perform final listening passes before publication.
